Before Mon Appétit offically began, my cookie bars were the very first treat I sold and they’ve been a customer favorite ever since. A delicious cross between a brownie and a cookie, these bars have a perfectly gooey center and a golden crisp edge. They’re especially magical when warmed up and paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
